Their member directory includes clinics operated by physicians, nurse practitioners, and psychotherapists who specialize in ketamine-based treatments. ASKP membership may indicate a provider's stated commitment to best practices in ketamine therapy and ongoing professional education.
  • Spravato REMS Registry — The Spravato (esketamine) Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) program is an FDA-mandated registry of all healthcare facilities certified to administer Spravato nasal spray. Maintained by Janssen Pharmaceuticals, this registry includes approximately 3,300 certified treatment centers. Every facility in the REMS registry has met strict FDA requirements for patient monitoring, drug storage, and administration protocols.

Our data pipeline cross-references and deduplicates records from both sources to provide a broad listing drawn from the source directories. Clinics that appear in both the ASKP directory and the Spravato REMS registry are merged into a single listing with combined source badges so patients can review one profile before verifying details directly with the provider.

Editorial Standards

Clinic information on this site is compiled from publicly available and professional source directories. We do not accept payment for inclusion in our directory. Listings meet at least one of the following criteria:

  1. Active membership in the American Society of Ketamine Physicians (ASKP)
  2. Current certification in the Spravato REMS program
  3. Public clinic information indicating ketamine therapy services and licensure details that should be verified directly

We do not rank or prioritize clinics based on any commercial relationship. Listings are organized geographically and displayed in a consistent format to allow patients to make informed comparisons based on location, certifications, and available services.

We distinguish FDA-approved Spravato indications from off-label or investigational uses of ketamine. Spravato is indicated for treatment-resistant depression and for depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder with acute suicidal ideation or behavior. FDA states that its effectiveness in preventing suicide or reducing suicidal ideation or behavior has not been demonstrated. Other psychiatric uses of ketamine are not FDA-approved and should be evaluated with a qualified healthcare professional.
