  • Spravato REMS Registry — The Spravato (esketamine) Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) program is an FDA-mandated registry of all healthcare facilities certified to administer Spravato nasal spray. Maintained by Janssen Pharmaceuticals, this registry includes approximately 3,300 certified treatment centers. Every facility in the REMS registry has met strict FDA requirements for patient monitoring, drug storage, and administration protocols.

All clinic information on this site is compiled from publicly available, authoritative sources. We do not accept payment for inclusion in our directory. All clinics listed meet at least one of the following criteria:

  2. Current certification in the Spravato REMS program
  3. Verified ketamine therapy practice with state medical board licensing
